Cucumbers with mint
Ingredients
Servings 1- shiso sauce 30 g
- soy sauce 10 g
- sesame oil 10 g
- sesame 3 g
- sugar 15 g
- garlic 6 g
- mint 4 yrs
- red chili pepper 5 g
- fresh cucumbers 110 g

Step 1
Mix shiso sauce with soy sauce, sesame oil, add finely chopped garlic, cut chili pepper into slices and add mint.
Step 2
Put small cucumbers in the resulting sauce, pre-cut in half, mix and let stand for 3 minutes.
