Cucumber salad with mustard

Cucumber salad with mustard is an unusual prepared salad that will delight you with crispy gherkins in winter.
Ingredients
Servings 1- Mustard - 8 g
- Salt - 7 g
- Vegetable oil - 60 g
- Table vinegar 9% - 15 g
- Sugar - 8 g
- Cucumber - 300 g
- Garlic - 10 g
- Water - 500 g

Step 1

Sterilize the jar with the lid in the oven: place the jar with the lid in a preheated oven at 110C for 20 minutes.
Step 2

Cut cucumbers into slices, chop dill and garlic. Put everything in a bowl, add spices and mustard. Pour boiling water over and leave to marinate for 3 hours. Stir the cucumbers every 30 minutes.
Step 3

Pour the mixture into a sterilized jar and close.
