Crispy noodles with duck

Ingredients

  • egg noodles 100 g
  • duck meat 50 g
  • red and green bell peppers 25 g each
  • soy sprouts 25 g
  • fresh shiitake mushrooms 15 g
  • oyster sauce 20 g
  • soy sauce light 5 g
  • dark soy sauce 5 g
  • granulated sugar 2 g
  • Chinese wine "Huadiao" (can be replaced with any semi-sweet white wine) 10 g
  • ground white pepper 1 g
  • sesame oil 2 g
  • chicken broth 50 g
  • potato starch 5 g

Cooking

Step 1

Boil egg noodles until tender and fry in vegetable oil until crispy.

Step 2

Duck meat cut into small pieces, fry in vegetable oil in a wok until tender.

Step 3

Prepare the sauce: Dilute potato starch in 10 g of water. Mix all ingredients. Bring to a boil in a saucepan, add starch diluted with water, mix and remove from heat.

Step 4

Cut vegetables into thin strips and fry together with duck meat. Add sauce.

Step 5

Put the noodles on a plate, put the duck meat with vegetables in the sauce on top.
