Crispy noodles with duck
Ingredients
- egg noodles 100 g
- duck meat 50 g
- red and green bell peppers 25 g each
- soy sprouts 25 g
- fresh shiitake mushrooms 15 g
- oyster sauce 20 g
- soy sauce light 5 g
- dark soy sauce 5 g
- granulated sugar 2 g
- Chinese wine "Huadiao" (can be replaced with any semi-sweet white wine) 10 g
- ground white pepper 1 g
- sesame oil 2 g
- chicken broth 50 g
- potato starch 5 g
Cooking
Step 1
Boil egg noodles until tender and fry in vegetable oil until crispy.
Step 2
Duck meat cut into small pieces, fry in vegetable oil in a wok until tender.
Step 3
Prepare the sauce: Dilute potato starch in 10 g of water. Mix all ingredients. Bring to a boil in a saucepan, add starch diluted with water, mix and remove from heat.
Step 4
Cut vegetables into thin strips and fry together with duck meat. Add sauce.
Step 5
Put the noodles on a plate, put the duck meat with vegetables in the sauce on top.
