Creamy cream soup with shrimps and saffron
Ingredients
Servings 2- 0.5 l vegetable broth
- 70 g of cream cheese
- 100 g peeled shrimp
- chopped dill
- a pinch of saffron
- salt, pepper to taste
Cooking
Step 1
Peel and chop the shrimp, leaving 2-3 uncut for garnish.
Step 2
Bring the broth to a boil, add the saffron, dissolve the cream cheese in the broth, season to taste, put the chopped shrimp, boil for 2-3 minutes, add finely chopped dill (only twigs) and remove from heat.
Step 3
Let stand 5-10 minutes. and serve garnished with whole shrimp.
