Cookies with green onions
Ingredients
Servings 4-6 servings- wheat flour - 1.5 cups
- cheddar cheese, grated - 0.5 cup
- green onion , chopped - 2 tbsp. l.
- vegetable oil - 50 ml
- ground black pepper - 0.25 tsp.
- kefir - 0.75 cups
- butter - 5 tbsp. l.
- salt - a pinch
- baking powder - 2 tsp
Cooking
Step 1
Sift flour into a bowl, add baking powder, salt and pepper. Butter cut into small pieces; grind with flour until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Wash, dry and finely chop the onion. Cheese grate on a coarse grater. Add onion and cheese to batter.
Step 2
Pour in kefir, mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 200 C. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Put on a baking sheet 1 tbsp. l. test at a distance of 5 cm from each other. Put in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
