Apples, Apricots, Compote

Compote of apricots and apples

Compote from apricots and apples is prepared not simply, but very simply, and besides, it is also fast. Interestingly, the taste of the drink can seriously vary, depending on the fruits that make up the composition. First of all, we are talking about sourness, which can manifest itself to a greater or lesser extent. Of course, it can be regulated with sugar, but it’s still better not to be especially zealous with it, both for dietary reasons and because of the excessive density of the drink. In the latter case, it is unlikely to have refreshing properties. Well, if you do everything right, then a compote of apricots and apples will bring gastronomic pleasure to your loved ones and quench your thirst even on the hottest summer day.
