Coffee and chocolate cupcakes
Ingredients
Servings 8 pcs- 100 g dark chocolate
- 1 st. hot milk
- 1 st. l. instant coffee
- 120 g soft butter
- 150 g sugar
- 10 g vanilla sugar
- 250 g sifted flour
- 10 g baking powder
- 1 egg
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 100 ml cream 33% fat
- 30 g butter
Cooking
Step 1
We take bitter chocolate pieces and fill it with hot milk + instant coffee, mix everything and cool.
Step 2
Separately, beat (with a whisk) soft butter + sugar + vanilla sugar + egg.
Step 3
We combine the two mixtures, mix with a whisk and add the sifted flour with baking powder.
Step 4
Bake at 180 degrees until dry. Let cool on a wire rack. We cut off the cap of the cupcakes so that there is a flat surface, put it on a dish cut down and cover with chocolate icing.
Step 5
I covered it with chocolate ganache. For him, we take dark chocolate (pieces) and pour it with hot 30% cream and add butter. Mix everything well, let cool slightly and cover the cupcakes. Enjoy your meal!
