Classic marinade for beef, pork and chicken
Ingredients
Servings 8-10- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Art. l. brown sugar
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 st. l. balsamic vinegar

Step 1
Rub the garlic in a mortar with sugar, mix with the rest of the ingredients. Mix with prepared meat or chicken. Marinate chicken from 10 minutes warm to 12 hours in the refrigerator, meat - from 3 to 24 hours.
