Chocolate WHOOPIE
Delicious pastries, must try! Chocolate with a delicate filling of whipped cream...
Ingredients
Servings 7- butter - 100 g
- milk - 100 ml
- brown sugar - 110 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- vanillin - 1 pc.
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- cocoa powder - 5-6 tbsp. l.
- flour - 150 g
- powdered sugar - 3 tbsp. l.
- cream 35% - 200 ml
Cooking
Step 1
Grind brown sugar into powdered sugar.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and vanilla
Step 3
Separately, grind soft butter with brown sugar. Add egg
Step 4
Spoon dry mixture
Step 5
Add warm milk one by one.
Step 6
This should be the dough.
Step 7
Drop the dough onto a greased baking sheet with a tablespoon, flatten it out to make even cakes.
Step 8
Bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 12 minutes. When ready, cool on a wire rack.
Step 9
Whip the cream to peaks with powdered sugar (if desired, you can add a fixative for the cream).
Step 10
With a culinary bag (syringe), spread the cream on one cake, close the second one on top. I got 7 pieces. Well, very tasty - I recommend!
