Chocolate millefeuille with strawberries and rosemary

Ingredients

  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 70 g fresh strawberries
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • sugar

Cooking

Step 1

Melt the chocolate in a bath and spread a thin layer on parchment. Remove to freezer for 15 min. Chop strawberries with 1 sprig of rosemary, add sugar to taste, mix. Remove the chocolate from the sheet, break into pieces and build a tower, alternating chocolate with strawberries. Garnish with rosemary.
