Chocolate, Strawberry, Black currant, Pizza, Strawberry

Chocolate berry "pizza"

I am sure that both adults and children dream of receiving such a beautiful, bright, large, mega-chocolate "pizza" as a gift!

Ingredients

Servings 8
  • dark chocolate (not less than 70%) - 300 g
  • strawberries - 100 g
  • blackcurrant - 100 g
  • cashew nuts - 30 g
  • cane sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
  • almonds (petals) - 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking

Step 1

Prepare the necessary products. Wash the berries and dry the nuts (I have cashews, but any other options will do). Take a detachable form (I have a diameter of 26 mm), cover the bottom with cling film and clamp with a side.

Step 2

Cut the strawberries lengthwise into 4 pieces, leave the blackcurrant whole. It is better to take fresh berries, but currants can also be taken frozen, but before use, melt and dry on a paper towel.

Step 3

Break bitter chocolate into small pieces and melt in a water bath or in another way convenient for you. While the chocolate is melting, you can dip whole strawberries and currants into it for decoration and put it in the cold.

Step 4

When the chocolate is completely melted, carefully pour it into the bottom of a springform pan lined with cling film and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until it sets slightly.

Step 5

Garnish the still soft chocolate "pizza" by pressing lightly with your hands into the chocolate, strawberries, black currants and nuts, sprinkle with sugar on top. Our berries are still sour, and chocolate is bitter, so it’s better to add sweets! Place back in the refrigerator until the chocolate is completely set, about 1 hour.

Step 6

Take the "pizza" out of the refrigerator, gently run a knife along the sides and separate the bottom from the detachable form, remove the cling film from the bottom. Cut into segments with a knife, and you can invite everyone to taste this delicacy, or you can beautifully pack and give this sweet gift to your friends!

Step 7

You can not mess around with a large detachable form, but make small, portioned mini-pizzas, on saucers, with a different set of berries and fruits. Nice to enjoy you!
