Chocolate berry cake without flour

A piece of such a cake can be afforded to those who follow the figure and do not eat ordinary cakes. The cake without flour and butter is light, tender and airy.

  • creamy cottage cheese for 1 layer 400 g

  • gelatin for 1 layer 10 g
  • water for 1 layer 40 ml
  • classic yogurt for 2 layers 300 ml
  • berry grated with sugar for 2nd layer 100 g
  • gelatin for 2 layers 10 g
  • water for 2 layers 40 ml

Cooking

Step 1

First we need to bake the cake. To do this, take oatmeal and grind it into flour. Combine flakes with cocoa and starch.

Step 2

Proteins are separated from the yolks. Beat the yolks with sugar and boiling water until light white foam.

Step 3

We combine the yolk mass with the dry mixture. Then gently fold in the egg whites, whipped to soft peaks.

Step 4

We cover the bottom of a detachable form with a diameter of 19 cm with parchment. Pour the dough and bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 30-35 minutes.

Step 5

Turn the finished cake, without removing it from the mold, onto a wire rack and let it cool. Then we separate the cake from the walls with a knife and take out the cake. We cut into 2 parts.

Step 6

Now we will prepare the curd layer. We dissolve gelatin in water according to the instructions. Mix all the ingredients with a blender and add gelatin.

Step 7

We return 1 cake to the mold and pour the curd mass on it. We put it in the refrigerator until it hardens.

Step 8

Preparing the yogurt layer. We also prepare gelatin. Mix yogurt with berries. If there is no berry, then you can simply take 400 ml of berry yogurt. Beat lightly with a blender and add gelatin.

Step 9

We put the second cake layer on the curd layer and pour the yogurt mass. Refrigerate until completely chilled, preferably overnight.

Step 10

We take our cake out of the mold and enjoy the most delicate dessert.
