Chickpea "omelette"
This dish is reminiscent of "egg porridge", which is often prepared for children. A great option for those who can not eat eggs.
Ingredients
Servings 1- chickpea flour 2 tbsp.
- coconut milk 150 ml
- salt 1 pinch(s)
- oil (any according to your preferences) 1 tbsp.
Cooking
Step 1
Mix flour, salt, milk until smooth.
Step 2
Heat up a frying pan, add oil. Pour the mixture and fry for about 1 minute, then, stirring constantly, bring to readiness, another 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately.
