Chicken wings in batter
Ingredients
Servings 4- chicken wings without "fingers" - 12 pcs.;
- Marinade:
- garlic - 2 teeth;
- soy sauce - 4 tbsp. l.;
- grape vinegar - 2 tsp;
- brown sugar - 1 tbsp. l.;
- fresh ginger, finely grated - 2 cm
- Batter:
- beaten egg - 1 pc.;
- corn starch - 2 tbsp. l.;
- sol — 1/4 h. l.
Cooking
Step 1
We mix all the ingredients for the marinade and put the wings in it for 1 hour (preferably all night). Stir from time to time.
Step 2
Heat up a deep container with oil. We mix all the ingredients for the batter in a ladle, put the wings there and cover the wings well with batter on both sides.
Step 3
We throw wings into the heated fat, shaking off excess drops of batter. Browning.
