Chicken skewers in aromatic herbs

Try the savory chicken fillet.

Ingredients

  • chicken breast - 600 g
  • garlic clove - 2 pcs.
  • lemon - 1/2 pc.
  • sweet paprika - 1 tsp
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper mixture - 1/2 tsp
  • oregano - 2 tsp. l.
  • rosemary - 1/4 tsp.
  • thyme - 1/4 tsp. l.
  • basil - 1/4 tsp. l.
  • soy sauce - 3 tbsp. l.
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp. l.
  • zucchini - 1 pc.
  • salt - 1/4 h. l.

Cooking

Step 1

We combine all the spices.

Step 2

Add soy sauce, lemon juice, oil and grated garlic. We mix everything well.

Step 3

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, pour the marinade over and leave to marinate (preferably overnight).

Step 4

We dress pieces of meat alternating with zucchini on skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes) or on skewers.

Step 5

We fry the kebab over hot coals, or when there is no such possibility, we send our kebab to the oven for grill mode for 35-40 minutes, turn several times so that all sides are browned. Serve shish kebab on lettuce leaves with fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
