Chicken legs with orange and ginger confiture
Let's say you're an atheist. And you have no idea how to be baptized. But if you are even a little culinary, it would be simply cynical of you not to roast a bird on Christmas.
Ingredients
Servings 1 portion- 2 chicken legs
- 100 g prepared orange jam
- garlic - 1 clove
- 50 g olive oil
- 2 tbsp. l. fresh minced ginger
- 1 sprig thyme
- 1 sprig rosemary
- a pinch of lemon zest
- butter
- salt
Cooking
Step 1
Grate the chicken leg with a mixture of chopped herbs and zest, season with salt and pepper, fry in a mixture of oils until golden brown. Bring to readiness in the oven at 180ºС for 5-7 minutes. Mix confiture with ginger, serve separately.
