Charlotte with cornmeal "Charlotte"

On cornmeal with fragrant cinnamon and vanilla.

Ingredients

Servings 4
  • corn flour 150 g
  • wheat flour 100 g
  • sweet and sour apples 2 pcs.
  • eggs 3 pcs.
  • baking powder 1 tsp
  • sugar 5 tbsp. l.
  • cinnamon 1 tsp
  • vanilla 1 tsp. l.

Cooking

Step 1

Beat eggs until foamy, add sugar and do not beat for 2 minutes.

Step 2

Add baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, beat with a whisk until fluffy.

Step 3

Add cornmeal, then regular flour. Put in a mold, decorate with apples. Bake 25-30 min. Garnish with whipped cream :)
