Carrot salad with orange sauce, pistachios and seeds

Unusually tasty, bright, tasty and very positive salad! I cook it often and with pleasure - both as an excellent breakfast and as the best antidepressant :)

Ingredients

  • fresh carrots - 1 pc.
  • orange - 1 pc.
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.
  • sunflower seeds - 1/2 tbsp. l.
  • pumpkin seeds - 1/2 tbsp. l.
  • pistachios, peeled - 5 pcs.

Cooking

Step 1

Wash orange, cut in half. Squeeze juice from one half, peel the other half, divide into segments, peel them from films.

Step 2

Peel the carrots and grate into thin long sticks.

Step 3

For the sauce, mix the juice of half an orange and olive oil.

Step 4

Mix carrots and segments with oranges, put in a bowl, pour sauce over, sprinkle with seeds and chopped pistachios, serve. Very tasty and juicy!
