Caramelized camembert with fruit
Ingredients
Servings 4 servings- 20 g red currant
- vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.
- 4 figs
- olive oil - 4 tbsp.
- 4 dried apricots
- 16 fresh raspberries
- 4 stalks chives
- 75 g sugar
- 40 g rosemary honey
- For orange sauce:
- juice of 2 oranges
- 180 g camembert cheese
- 4 large strawberries
Cooking
Step 1
1. Cut the cheese into quarters, brush with honey, sprinkle with sugar. Quickly caramelize the cheese over low heat in a skillet on both sides. 2. Put on parchment paper and put in the cold for 1 hour. Cut strawberries, apricots and figs into 4 parts. Take 4 deep plates, put in each a piece of caramelized cooled cheese. Lay fruit on top. 3. Garnish with chives and lettuce, season with orange sauce, mixing the ingredients indicated for its preparation with 3 tbsp. l. water.
