Cake pops

Cake pops are not just a delicious dessert, but a whole attraction, because they are decorated with colored crumbs and served on a stick. It's not the easiest dish to make, but you'll be rewarded with a child's delight when he sees and tastes cake pops!

Ingredients

Servings 8 pieces
  • 400 g biscuit crumbs
  • 100 ml sugar syrup
  • 100 g condensed milk
  • 20 g butter
  • 50 g of cocoa
  • 150 g white chocolate
  • 5 g of cocoa
  • 1 g food coloring in any color of your choice
  • 10 g colored sprinkles
  • 50 g colored mastic

Cooking

Step 1

With a mixer, beat the biscuit crumbs with sugar syrup and condensed milk. Continuing to beat, add softened butter.

Step 2

Add the sifted cocoa, beat again with a mixer, then knead the mass with your hands.

Step 3

Shape into small balls and place in the freezer for 10 minutes to harden.

Step 4

For glaze, melt white chocolate, add cocoa butter, knead until smooth. Divide the resulting mixture in half, add dye to one half.

Step 5

Put the balls on skewers, dip in glaze, sprinkle with multi-colored confectionery sprinkles. For a beautiful and convenient serving, stick the skewers into a glass filled with sugar.
