Cabbage stew with pumpkin
Ingredients
Servings 3–4- white cabbage - 500 g
- pumpkin - 300 g
- sunflower oil - for frying
- adjika on the tip of a spoon
- Bay leaf
- salt
- basil
- dill
Cooking
Step 1
Remove the top leaves from the cabbage and chop.
Step 2
Peel the pumpkin and cut into cubes.
Step 3
Pour some oil into the pan. When the oil is hot, put the cabbage, fry for 20 minutes. stirring.
Step 4
Add salt, spices, adjika and pumpkin. Cover with a lid and simmer for another 20 minutes. until ready.
