Buckwheat with dried figs, pear grilled and baked with goat cheese

It turned out to be a symbiosis of two recipes, which was very successful. Do you know, dear lovers of delicious food, that buckwheat goes amazingly well with dried apricots or figs, figs with goat cheese, goat cheese with baked pears, and pears with honey. This is how one thing leads to another. I really wanted to play on the harmonious combination of products with each other. Therefore, here I have: boiled buckwheat with dried figs, a pear, first grilled and then baked in the oven with the freshest goat cheese, sprinkled with honey, sprinkled with crushed hazelnuts for contrast and a final touch. As my daughter says: "You can eat your mind."

Ingredients

  • 1 pear, cut into 2 pieces, core removed with a spoon
  • about 1 cup boiled buckwheat (green is best)
  • 2 large soft dried figs (or dried apricots), cut into small pieces
  • 50 g goat cheese
  • small handful of hazelnuts
  • 1/2 tsp liquid honey

Cooking

Step 1

Mix buckwheat with figs, put in a bowl (or jar, like mine) with the bottom layer

Step 2

Fry the pear on a grill pan on both sides.

Step 3

Stuff the pear with goat cheese, put skin side down in a baking dish and cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes

Step 4

Put the pear on the buckwheat, sprinkle with honey and sprinkle with nuts.
