Buckwheat porridge with bell pepper and minced meat
Delicious and hearty dish for homemade lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
Servings 3- buckwheat 150 g
- minced meat "Lux" 250 g
- onion 1 pc.
- carrot 1 pc.
- bell pepper (red) 3 pcs.
- tomato 3 pcs.
- garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- sour cream 100 g
- broth 0.5 tbsp.
- water 1.5 tbsp.
- vegetable oil
- salt
- ground black pepper
- a mixture of dried herbs (parsley, dill, basil)
Cooking
Step 1
Pour in buckwheat, cook friable porridge.
Step 2
Chop the onion, carrot, garlic, bell pepper. Fry vegetables in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Add mince. Fry with vegetables.
Step 4
Add grated tomatoes.
Step 5
Then sour cream.
Step 6
Salt, pepper, add a mixture of herbs and broth. Simmer over low heat for 7-10 minutes.
Step 7
Add buckwheat.
Step 8
Stir, warm under the lid for 2-3 minutes.
