Buckwheat cookies
Ingredients
- raisins - 100 g
- sugar - 300 g
- butter - 250 g
- 300 g buckwheat flour
- (10-12 pieces)
- egg - 4 pcs
- 150 g starch
- 20 g dry yeast
Cooking
Step 1
Beat butter with sugar until foamy. Continuing to beat, add the eggs one at a time. Add buckwheat flour and starch mixed with yeast.
Step 2
From the resulting dough, use a spoon to put round cakes on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 200ºС and bake cookies for about 15 minutes.
