Bread on kefir in a bread machine

Ingredients

Servings 10-12
  • 550 g wheat flour
  • 300 g kefir
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1.5 st. l. vegetable oil
  • 1 Art. l. Sahara
  • 1.5 h. l. year
  • 1.5 tsp dry yeast

Cooking

Step 1

Break the egg, mix with kefir and heat this mixture to a temperature of 37 degrees. Pour into a bucket from a bread machine, add melted butter and vegetable oil to kefir.

Step 2

Sprinkle flour on top, place salt and sugar in different corners of the bucket. Pour the yeast into the well in the center of the flour.

Step 3

Bake bread on kefir in a bread machine, selecting the "Basic" mode, medium crust, loaf weight 900 g.
