Beetroot with soft cheese
Ingredients
Servings 1- beetroot 120 g
- soft cheese 40 g
- bread crumbs 10 g
- yolk 1 pc.
- black currant marmalade 30 g
- pine nuts 10 g
- arugula 10 g
- salt to taste
Cooking
Step 1
Make balls of cheese, roll in egg yolk and breadcrumbs and deep-fry. Boil the beets and cut into pieces. Mix beetroot pieces, cheese balls, marmalade and olive oil in a bowl. Spread arugula and pine nuts.
