Beefsteak more tartar
Ingredients
Servings 4- 400 g steamed beef tenderloin
- 4 yolks
- Rye bread
- canned plums
- onion - 1 small onion
- marinated cocktail onion
- salt
Cooking
Step 1
Grind the meat with a knife or pass through a meat grinder. Peel the onion, chop very finely. Mix with meat, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Shape the minced meat into round “patties”, make a small indentation in the middle of each and place the yolk there. Put on plates, arrange pickled onions, canned plums and rye bread toasts around. Serve immediately.
