Beef Tacos

Ingredients

  • taco cakes - 3 g
  • beef - 50 g
  • red bell pepper - 50 g
  • yellow bell pepper - 50 g
  • cilantro - 3 g
  • Tabasco – 1-2 drops
  • sugar - 5 g
  • vegetable oil - 15 ml
  • red onion - 50 g
  • lime - ½ pc.
  • guacamole - 40 ml
  • sour cream - 40 g
  • tomato salsa - 40 ml
  • paprika - to taste
  • salt - to taste

Cooking

Step 1

Clean the beef tenderloin and cut into strips.

Step 2

Cut red onion and bell pepper into strips.

Step 3

Fry prepared beef and vegetables in a preheated pan, add paprika, sugar, salt, Tabasco sauce, pepper and tomato sauce.

Step 4

Form flat cakes in the form of a "boat" and fry in a salamander. Put the finished mixture into cakes, garnish with cilantro, a lime wedge and additionally serve sour cream, tomato salsa and guacamole.
