Beef soup with 3 types of pepper

  • red chili pepper - 30 g
  • leek - 15 g
  • butter - 5 g
  • knorr broth - 10 g
  • light haiten sauce - 10 g
  • ajinomato - 1 year
  • chicken powder - 2 g
  • vegetable oil - 40 ml
  • eggs - 3 pcs
  • salt to taste
  • starch - 2 g
  • onion - 30 g
  • bell pepper - 30 g

Cooking

Step 1

Cut the beef into strips. Make a marinade from eggs, salt and starch. Marinate beef for 4 hours and boil.

Step 2

Fry the onion. Mix onions with beef broth, diced peppers, soy sauce.

Step 3

Garnish with leek when serving.
