Beef soup with 3 types of pepper

Servings 1- beef - 200 g
- red chili pepper - 30 g
- leek - 15 g
- butter - 5 g
- knorr broth - 10 g
- light haiten sauce - 10 g
- ajinomato - 1 year
- chicken powder - 2 g
- vegetable oil - 40 ml
- eggs - 3 pcs
- salt to taste
- starch - 2 g
- onion - 30 g
- bell pepper - 30 g
Cooking
Step 1
Cut the beef into strips. Make a marinade from eggs, salt and starch. Marinate beef for 4 hours and boil.
Step 2
Fry the onion. Mix onions with beef broth, diced peppers, soy sauce.
Step 3
Garnish with leek when serving.
