Beautiful and healthy breakfast with cottage cheese, spinach, strawberries and micro cheesecakes
This is a very healthy and beautiful breakfast, which is relevant for both adults and children. Especially if you don't eat sugar. The sweetness in this healthy dessert comes from the added fruit. In a jar: whipped cottage cheese with a tablespoon of low-fat sour cream, strawberry puree with frozen banana, fresh spinach puree, whipped with kiwi and frozen banana + micro syrniki with rice flour, fried in coconut oil.
Ingredients
- 1 pack of cottage cheese (the best quality, I take quite dry)
- 1-2 tbsp. l. low-fat sour cream
- 200 g strawberries (you can use frozen, which should be thawed and drained)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 kiwi
- small bunch of fresh spinach
- 1 pack of cottage cheese, as dry as possible
- 2 tbsp. l. rice flour (plus some for dusting)
- 1 egg
- coconut (or vegetable) oil for frying
Cooking
Step 1
We prepare breakfast in parts. White part: beat cottage cheese and sour cream with a blender until smooth. Pink part: Blend strawberries and 1/2 frozen banana in a blender. Green part: 1 kiwi and the remaining half of the frozen banana + a bunch of fresh spinach, beat in a blender. Pour into jar in neat layers. I do not add sugar, but if you need to, you can add a little sugar or honey to the cottage cheese.
Step 2
Cooking cheesecakes. We mix all the ingredients for them, sculpt small balls, flatten them, roll them in rice flour and fry in coconut oil (you can bake in the oven, about 20-25 minutes at 180C, but they will not be so ruddy).
