Ingredients

  • boiled Thai rice 130 g
  • smoked eel 80 g
  • radish 15
  • fried eggplant 25 g
  • ginger 4 g
  • green onion 2 g
  • sesame 1 g
  • norri 1 year
  • unagi sauce 20 g

Cooking

Step 1

Boil the rice and cool, put on the bottom of the plate.

Step 2

Coarsely chop the eel and place on top.

Step 3

Eggplant cut randomly and fry, put next to the eel, sprinkle with grated ginger, sesame seeds and chopped green onions and norri.

Step 4

Garnish with radishes and top with unagi sauce.
