Baked potatoes with cheese
Even if you cook several types of barbecue, baked potatoes will not go unnoticed by your guests. So make a double batch
Ingredients
Servings 4–6- 6 large potatoes (about 800 g)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 Art. l. olive oil
- 2 tsp dried garlic powder
- 2 tsp Italian herb blends
- 1.5 h. l. year
- 5 sprigs of parsley
Cooking
Step 1
Preheat oven to 175°C. Lightly oil a baking sheet. Wash the potatoes well with a brush. Cut into slices. Place potatoes in a large bowl.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine salt, Italian herbs and dried garlic, pour the resulting mixture over the potatoes, drizzle with olive oil and mix. Then sprinkle the potato wedges with parmesan.
Step 3
Place the potatoes on a baking sheet, skin side down, and bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. The potatoes should be soft and golden. Carefully transfer potatoes to a platter and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
