Bagel with smoked salmon and beets in curry sauce
Ingredients
- bagel - 1 pc.
- smoked salmon - 80 g (3 pieces)
- beets (small) - 1 pc.
- curd cheese (Hochland) - 140 g
- curry - 2/3 tbsp. l.
- garlic - 1 clove
- arugula leaves - 10 pcs.
Cooking
Step 1
Cut the bagel in half. Pre-boil the beets and cut into thin slices.
Step 2
Sauce: Mix together cream cheese, finely chopped garlic and curry.
Step 3
Brush the bagel halves with sauce. We put beets on 1 part, then smoked salmon and decorate with herbs. Cover with 2 halves. Bon appetit!
