Avocado salad with cheese
Ingredients
Servings 4 servings- 2 sweet peppers in different colors
- 100 g Russian cheese
- garlic - 1 clove
- 100 ml of walnut oil
- avocado
- 0.5 tsp Mixes 5 peppers
- sugar to taste
- pear
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt to taste
Cooking
Step 1
Wash the peppers and pears, cut in half, remove the core. Cut peppers into half rings, pear into strips. Cut the cheese in the same strip.
Step 2
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit. Carefully remove the pulp from the peel and cut into thin slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix avocado, peppers, pear and cheese in a salad bowl.
Step 3
Peel and mince the garlic. In a small bowl, whisk together the nut butter, garlic, salt, sugar, and Five Pepper Mixture. Fill salad.
