Avocado mousse

- baked bell pepper p / f - 40 g
- oyster mushrooms - 38 g
- vegetable oil - 10 g
- garlic - 1 g
- Romano salad - 10 g
- balsamic cream - 10 g
- rice paper p / f - 10 g
- olive oil - 5 g
- salt - 3 g
- ground black pepper - 1 g
- avocado - 108 g
- garlic - 2 g
- sweet chili sauce - 15 g
- olive oil - 5 g
- lemon - 7 g
- salt - 3 g
- ground black pepper - 1 g
- spinach - 10 g
- rice paper - 1 pc.
- vegetable oil - 200 g
Cooking
Step 1
Pass the olive oil and spinach leaves through a blender. Then add chopped garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, processed avocado, sweet chili sauce and pass through a blender again. Bring to taste.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the rice paper in it.
Step 3
Place roasted peppers on a plate, place rice chips on top, garnish with avocado mousse and fried oyster mushrooms.
