Avocado mousse

  • baked bell pepper p / f - 40 g
  • oyster mushrooms - 38 g
  • vegetable oil - 10 g
  • garlic - 1 g
  • Romano salad - 10 g
  • balsamic cream - 10 g
  • rice paper p / f - 10 g
  • olive oil - 5 g
  • salt - 3 g
  • ground black pepper - 1 g
  • avocado - 108 g
  • garlic - 2 g
  • sweet chili sauce - 15 g
  • olive oil - 5 g
  • lemon - 7 g
  • salt - 3 g
  • ground black pepper - 1 g
  • spinach - 10 g
  • rice paper - 1 pc.
  • vegetable oil - 200 g

Cooking

Step 1

Pass the olive oil and spinach leaves through a blender. Then add chopped garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, processed avocado, sweet chili sauce and pass through a blender again. Bring to taste.

Step 2

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the rice paper in it.

Step 3

Place roasted peppers on a plate, place rice chips on top, garnish with avocado mousse and fried oyster mushrooms.
