Apple pancakes with cinnamon

Ingredients

  • flour - 250 g
  • sugar - 75 g
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • milk - 200 ml
  • salt
  • apples - 2 pcs.
  • olive oil
  • cinnamon, powdered sugar for serving
  • vanilla sugar - 2 sachets

Cooking

Step 1

Separate the whites from the yolks. Mix the yolks with sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, milk and salt.

Step 2

Remove seeds from apples, grate the pulp, mix into the dough.

Step 3

Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt, gently fold into the batter.

Step 4

Heat the pan well, fry the pancakes on both sides.

Step 5

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon. Enjoy your meal!
