Adyghe salt
Ingredients
- 700 g coarse salt (iodized table or sea salt)
- 1 head of garlic
- 1 tbsp ground coriader seeds
- 1 tbsp dried green cilantro
- 1 tbsp dried dill
- 1 tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 tbsp. dried basil
- 1 tbsp. dried thyme
- 1 tbsp dried marjoram
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 ch.l. peppers
- ¼ tsp red hot ground pepper
Cooking
Step 1
Grind the peeled garlic cloves on a fine grater or with a knife if you have the appropriate cooking skill.
Step 2
Add salt and spices.
Step 3
Rub the resulting mixture thoroughly and mix so that each salt crystal is saturated with garlic. You should get a little wet from garlic juice, loose mass.
