Adyghe salt

Ingredients

  • 700 g coarse salt (iodized table or sea salt)
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 tbsp ground coriader seeds
  • 1 tbsp dried green cilantro
  • 1 tbsp dried dill
  • 1 tbsp. dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp. dried basil
  • 1 tbsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp dried marjoram
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 ch.l. peppers
  • ¼ tsp red hot ground pepper

Cooking

Step 1

Grind the peeled garlic cloves on a fine grater or with a knife if you have the appropriate cooking skill.

Step 2

Add salt and spices.

Step 3

Rub the resulting mixture thoroughly and mix so that each salt crystal is saturated with garlic. You should get a little wet from garlic juice, loose mass.
