Warm chicken salad with sweet pepper
Ingredients
Servings 2 servings- 0.5 red sweet pepper
- 300 g chicken breast fillet
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
- olive oil - 1 tbsp.
- 1 st. l. freshly ground black pepper
- 200 g new potatoes
- 0.5 green sweet pepper
- 1 cucumber
Cooking
Step 1
1. Peel potatoes, cut into "boats" and boil in boiling salted water until tender, about 7 minutes. Drain the water, put the potatoes on paper towels and let dry. 2. Wash the peppers, remove the core, cut into strips. Wash the cucumber, cut into circles. 3. Cut the fillet into strips, season with salt and pepper. Fry in a pan in hot oil, turning from time to time, for 6 minutes, put in a salad bowl. Add potatoes and vegetables, season with remaining black pepper and olive oil, stir and serve immediately.
