Waffle baskets with curd cream

The recipe is easy to prepare, because the main ingredients are quite affordable and almost always available in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

  • 100 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 25 g butter
  • 400 g cottage cheese
  • 6-8 art. l. cream
  • 5-6 h. l. Sahara
  • berry jam
  • 2 eggs

Cooking

Step 1

Melt the butter in a water bath.

Step 2

Sift flour into a bowl, add sugar, eggs, melted butter. Mix until smooth.

Step 3

Heat the waffle iron and bake the waffles. You will get about 10 pieces.

Step 4

Using a mug, shape the hot waffles into double horns. Leave in the mug until completely cool to fix the shape.

Step 5

Using a glass and a mug, form baskets from hot waffles. Let the waffle cool completely to keep its shape.

Step 6

For curd cream, beat cottage cheese, cream and sugar in a blender until soft airy mass.

Step 7

Fill the cooled baskets with cream, decorate with berry jam on top.
