Vegetable salad with radish, cucumber and carrots
Fresh, crispy and tasty vegetable salad. Perfect for meat, fish, poultry as a side dish.
Ingredients
- radish 200
- carrot 1 pc.
- medium-fruited cucumbers 2 pcs.
- watercress 1 bunch
- black sesame
- olive oil 5 tbsp. l.
- white wine vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
- honey 2 h. l.
- Dijon mustard 1 tsp
Cooking
Step 1
First, prepare the salad dressing. Olive oil, vinegar, honey, mustard - mix with a fork until a homogeneous emulsion.
Step 2
Finely chop radishes and carrots on a Berner grater, or chop by hand. Using a vegetable peeler, thinly slice the cucumber lengthwise.
Step 3
Put the chopped vegetables on a dish, pour over the dressing, salt, pepper, mix, sprinkle with watercress sprouts and sesame seeds on top. Let's serve right away!
