Tomato bread in a bread machine
Ingredients
Servings 10-12- 3 art. l. tomato paste
- 340 ml water
- 560 g flour
- 1 ½ st. l. vegetable oil
- 2 h. l. Sahara
- 2 h. l. year
- 1 ½ tsp dry yeast
- ½ g of dried oregano
- ½ g ground sweet paprika
Cooking
Step 1
2-3 tbsp. l. dilute tomato paste in 340 ml of water at room temperature.
Step 2
Prepare your spices. Mix oregano and paprika. Optionally, you can add Provence herbs or basil.
Step 3
Sift flour and add spices to it. Mix well.
Step 4
Pour vegetable oil into the container of the bread machine. Add tomato water, sugar, salt, then flour with spices and yeast Turn on the bread maker, set the main program for bread size 900 g.
Step 5
Turn off the bread maker after the end of the baking cycle. Remove the bread container and take out the hot bread. Place it on a wire rack to cool for 1 hour.
