Tagliatelle with chicken fillet and cherry tomatoes

Ingredients

Servings 2 servings
  • 40 g of grated parmesan
  • a pinch of lemon zest
  • 1 chicken fillet
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • salt
  • 2 cups dry tagliatelle pasta

Cooking

Step 1

Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, fry in olive oil until golden brown. Add zest, stir. Add tomatoes cut in half, cook everything together for another 2-3 minutes, season, remove from heat. Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package, drain in a colander, then mix with the fried chicken and tomatoes. Arrange on plates, sprinkle with cheese. Submit immediately.
