Sugar biscuit with strawberries
An insanely delicious biscuit that doesn't have to be made exclusively with strawberries. You can cook it with any of your favorite berries.
Ingredients
- For the dough: 100 g cold butter, cut into cubes
- 200 g flour
- 5th century l. Sahara
- 3 art. l. ice water
- For the filling: 300 g strawberries
- 3 Art. l. Sahara
- 1 tsp topped with starch
Cooking
Step 1
Place all the ingredients for the dough in a blender and chop into crumbs. Add water, swirl again and roll the dough into a ball. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for at least half an hour.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Cut strawberries into quarters. Roll out the dough into a circle approximately 5 mm thick. I rolled out immediately on baking paper, and then immediately transferred it to a baking sheet. Sprinkle starch on top. It is more convenient to do this through a small strainer - it turns out evenly. Put the strawberries on top, retreating from the edges by about 2 cm. Sprinkle with two tablespoons of sugar and wrap the edges of the dough inward. Brush the top of the biscuit with a little water and sprinkle with the remaining sugar.
Step 3
Bake for approximately 40-45 minutes. until golden
