Steak Sandwich

Ingredients

Servings 4
  • beef steak (or pork) - 600 g
  • thyme - 2 sprigs
  • toast bread (or ciabatta) - 8 slices
  • pickled peppers - 2 pcs.
  • horseradish sauce - 4 tsp
  • lettuce leaves
  • olive oil
  • salt pepper
  • parsley

Cooking

Step 1

Heat up the pan well. Sprinkle the meat with salt, pepper and thyme leaves, drizzle with olive oil and rub everything well. Fry on both sides for 5 minutes. Cut into slices.

Step 2

Finely chop peppers, add parsley.

Step 3

Dry the bread a little in the oven, grease with horseradish. Lay out lettuce leaves and pieces of meat.

Step 4

Spread the pepper and cover with the second piece of bread.

Step 5
