Steak Sandwich
An experimental pork steak sandwich with hollandaise sauce and pak choi.
Ingredients
Servings 2- pork steak - 200 g
- red pepper - 1 pc.

- pak choi cabbage - 4 leaves

Step 1
To start, fry the cut bread on the grill, after pouring the bread with olive oil so that it has a beautiful golden color.

In a hot frying pan, fry the pork steak until fully cooked and transfer to a bowl, let the meat rest.
Step 3
Cut the onion into thin rings, fry on the grill for 5 minutes with the addition of salt, sugar, pepper. Then add red pepper and fry for another 5 minutes over medium heat.

It is very easy to prepare the sauce, I will not tell the recipe, there are a lot of them on the net, the main thing is to serve it warm, otherwise it will not be tasty.
Step 5
Put the sauce on the bread, top with vegetables, meat and sprinkle with pak choi.
