Spring salad

Ingredients

Servings 4
  • 1/4 head iceberg lettuce
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 1-2 avocados
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1/4 small head of cauliflower
  • 20 g root leaves
  • 4 poached eggs
  • 50 g pepper sauce
  • olive oil

Cooking

Step 1

Cut carrots and cauliflower into thin slices, tomatoes into 4-6 pieces. Grill avocado quickly. Mix iceberg lettuce with pepper sauce. Put in a deep dish. Place the rest of the ingredients on top of the salad. Drizzle with olive oil and top with poached eggs.
