Shrimps with strawberries and pumpkin
Ingredients
Servings 4 servings- 120 g strawberries
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- vegetable oil
- 70 g dark chocolate
- sugar
- 20 tiger prawns
- 100 g pumpkin pulp
- juice of 1 lemon
- 50 ml cream with 38% fat
Cooking
Step 1
Peel shrimp, pour marinade of sugar, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Place in refrigerator for 10 min.
Step 2
Cut the pumpkin and strawberries into large cubes, fry in butter until softened.
Step 3
Shrimp fry with thyme until golden brown. At the end of cooking, pour in the cream and remove from heat. Serve shrimp with fruit garnish, sprinkle with a little chocolate on top.
