Ingredients
- carrots - 200 g
- onion - 250 g
- sauerkraut - 525 g
- potatoes - 300 g
- vegetable oil - 100 g
- a mixture of 5 peppers - 8 g
- extra salt - 8 g
- bay leaf - 2 g
- knorr broth - 8 g
- oyster mushrooms - 780 g
- dried white mushrooms - 20 g
- vegetable oil - 50 g
- drinking water - 3000 ml
Cooking
Step 1
Finely chop onions and carrots and fry in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Soak white mushrooms in boiling water. Drain, add clean water and cook for 40 minutes
Step 3
Break the oyster mushrooms into fibers, fry in vegetable oil.
Step 4
Put the peeled and chopped potatoes into the water. Boil until fully cooked and mash in the broth.
Step 5
After that, add the sautéed carrots with onions and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Then add bay leaf and a mixture of peppers and sauerkraut. Cook over low heat for 2 hours.
Step 7
Add mushrooms to broth. At the end, salt to taste.
