Shashlik in the oven

Delicious shashlik is easy to make even at home. The meat can be baked on a baking sheet, fried or grilled. We offer a recipe for turkey shashlik in the oven - a tasty and healthy dish for the whole family. Choose fresh turkey meat correctly: the bird's skin should be dry, elastic and not slippery, and the color of the meat should be pink. The marinade will use a magical combination of soy sauce, spices and honey. To make shashlik correctly, follow all the steps described in the recipe, step by step.
Ingredients
Servings 3- Turkey thigh - 600 g
- Soy sauce - 50 g
- Honey - 56 g
- Ground black pepper - 1 g
- Sweet paprika - 1 g
- Garlic - 5 g
- Vegetable oil - 34 g
- Basil - 7 g
Cooking
Step 1

Start marinating the meat. Add soy sauce, honey, black and red pepper, garlic, vegetable oil, and salt to the meat.

Mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Prepare a baking dish, line it with foil. Thread the turkey pieces through skewers and place them in the dish.

Pour the remaining marinade over the meat.
