Sauce for fruit
Any fruit or berry dish will become even tastier if you serve it with a sweet sauce. Our fruit sauce makes an excellent dressing for fruit salad, as well as a great addition to berry mousses. If you are going to cook a soufflé, casserole or pudding, this sauce will also come in handy, it will give your dishes delicate creamy notes.
Ingredients
- 1–2 st. l. Teddy bear
- 2 Art. l. orange jam
- zest of 1 lemon
- 250 g mascarpone or other soft cream cheese
Cooking
Step 1
Heat honey and orange jam a little so that they become more liquid, but not hot. Chop the zest.
Step 2
Mix thoroughly with cheese until smooth and refrigerate. Serve the sauce with fresh and grilled fruits.
